Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed after 9:30am (NZ time) are processed the next business day. At busy times, such as sales and the lead-up to Christmas, processing can take a little longer.
Free shipping over $250
Orders of $250 or more ship free to any New Zealand address, urban or rural. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Under $250, shipping is calculated at checkout by the weight of your order.

Australia
We ship to Australia for a flat $60.00 per order.
Delivery times
Most New Zealand orders arrive 3–5 business days after collection by the courier. Rural addresses can take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier schedules, weather and public holidays.

Delivery restrictions
We can't deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Each order ships to one address.
