Dosage guide: Full Spectrum Oil to be taken morning and night under the tongue. Always start with 2 drops morning and 2 drops night and build up slowly to full dosage. Oil can take up to 14 days to start working and best results come from 8 weeks of continuous use. The dosage chart is a guideline only. Please note: A healing crisis may occur, where symptoms become worse for up to 14 days before they become better. Full dosage may be microdosed at smaller quantities throughout the day.
