Qenda Ultimate Fibre is Qenda's original fibre blend: psyllium husk with 31 certified organic and wildcrafted roots, herbs and seaweeds. It's made in Qenda's own HACCP food-safety facility in Western Australia, and it's taken in rounds of 3–4 months.
Each 20 g serve is an excellent source of dietary fibre and a good source of iron. As part of a healthy diet, dietary fibre contributes to regular bowel movements, and iron contributes to normal energy production and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
AT A GLANCE
- 14.7 g of dietary fibre per serve, 49% of the daily intake
- 6.4 mg of iron per serve, 53% of the RDI
- Psyllium husk plus 31 certified organic and wildcrafted ingredients
- Vegan and non-GMO
- 500 g tub, 25 serves
Wildberry is the sweetest of the three flavours and our most popular. The core ingredients are the same in every flavour; only the flavouring differs.

HOW TO TAKE
- Scoop included in the tub (10 g, one level tablespoon). It can sink into the powder on the way to you, so have a gentle dig.
- Mix two level scoops (20 g) in 350–400 ml of water in a shaker bottle, once or twice a day. Children under 12: one level scoop.
- Secure the lid and shake hard for about 10 seconds.
- Drink straight away. It thickens if it sits.
- Best taken 10–30 minutes before a meal.
TIPS FOR AN EASY ROUTINE
- Water in the shaker first, powder on top, lid on, then shake hard and drink straight away.
- Drink from the flip-top spout rather than pouring it into a glass. Less froth, less fuss.
- When you've finished, add another glass of water to the shaker, swirl and drink it too.
- New to it? Try two small shots: one scoop in 150–200 ml of water, shake, drink, then repeat.
- First time, weigh a serve on the kitchen scales once so you know what a proper serve looks like.
- Missed a day? No drama. Just pick it up again tomorrow.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Contains black walnut hull, so it isn't suitable if you're allergic to tree nuts.
- Contains oat straw.
- Keep it at least 3 hours away from medicines, and take iron supplements at a different time of day. If you take regular medication, check with your pharmacist or GP first.
- Drink plenty of water through the day. The water in your shaker doesn't count.
STORAGE
Screw the lid on tight after every scoop, as the powder can pick up kitchen smells. Keep it somewhere cool, dry and clean, away from the stove. Don't refrigerate. The best-before date is printed on every tub.
FAQ
What does it taste like?
Earthy and herbal. Most people find it gets easier after the first week or two. If you'd like it sweeter, Wildberry is the sweetest flavour.
Why does it go thick?
That's the psyllium husk: it soaks up water and turns into a soft gel. Shake it and drink it straight away.
How long does a tub last?
25 serves. At one serve a day that's 25 days; at two serves a day, about 12 days.
Ultimate Fibre or Everyday Fibre?
Ultimate is the original, fuller blend, taken in rounds of 3–4 months. Everyday Fibre is milder and made for daily, ongoing use, and plenty of people move to it after a round of Ultimate.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Keep other supplements and herbal products about an hour apart, probiotics about 30 minutes after, and medicines at least 3 hours apart.
Why does my new tub look different?
Qenda buys its herbs when they're mature and in season, from different regions through the year, so colour and taste can vary slightly. The recipe and amounts stay the same.
